Tat Tvam Asi....Tatvamasi.....You are that only..The Truth...The God

Some Existential Eternal Truths Of Life :
Truth no.1 :
"Truth is always bitter."
But what is this "Truth"?
My "Truth" is true or your "Truth" is true?
We are here not talking of mine or your truth.
We are also here not talking of that truth which can belong to anybody or that anybody can possess it either.
Truth cannot belong to anybody nor can anybody possess it either and if at all it is so then at the most it can be a shadow or an impression or a resemblance of "Truth" --- a "fake Truth", widely taken as or understood as the real "Truth" in worldly terms.....the worldly life mostly functions that way. Our daily life is full of fights, conflicts and struggles to establish our supremacy over the other by the verdict : "My truth is the only truth."
Gandhi and his "Truth" falls into this category : "Fake Truth."
The real "Truth" is existential, eternal, self-illumined, its existence is irrespective of anybody or any circumstance for that matter.
From the times immemorial, Man has been consisitently perennially confronted by two things :
(1). The quest of "Truth" ----- What is Truth?, What is life?........The mystery of life!!
(2).......and living his daily life, Man amidst these quest of  "Truth" and the mystery of life using all his prowess, energy and skills is struggling to live his life, struggling to decode or understand the mystery of life and 'Truth'......fighting, conflicting, negotiating with life using all his skills of  jugglery of logic, words and acting to come to terms with life....and rightly said Shakespeare that this life is a drama, the world is a stage and we are all actors in it.
The struggle and the conflict is : "My truth is the only truth." Logic, words and acting are the three medium for the unreal truth to be. Though powerful, very-very powerful infact .......logic, words and acting are unreal.
.........and right from the very begining this has remained the cardinal problem of philosphy and for the better part of it will also remain so forever : How to catch, get hold of, give form, frame or substantiate "Truth" by words, language or logic?
Democritus, a Greek thinker and a philosopher was the first in the western world to identify that the atom is the last smallest unit in any matter.......and that , that is the only truth...only atom, object, matter, only these things exist.....denying and undermining existence of anyother super-intellect, super-power or God or Truth over it. Then parallel to it followed logic. Herein enters into the picture Aristotle ----the father of logic. Socrates falls out of not only these two but all of them. The world followed the previous two and by now we have reached uptill the horrors of climate change at present. The roots of the discoveries and the scientific inventions of all the goodies, comforts, luxuries, complexeties and horrors of today's life lies in the path the world selected and the path the world abondoned. Democritus and Aristotle accepted and Socrates abondoned.
Democritus was a thinker and a philosopher, Aristotle was a thinker and a philosopher but Socrates was not only a thinker and a philosopher but above all was also enlightened........'Truth' is found here.'
Socrates said : 'Okay, accepted. the atom is the last smallest unit of any matter....accepted. But what about life in it? What about 'Truth'? .....The quest still remains.
I was also present there in the times of Socrates. I have seen it all with my own eyes. I am a witness....this is my feeling of how all went about with him.
It is said that Socrates use to move around in the streets of Athens with a lantern in his hand in broad day-light in search of somebody who is atleast a witness to 'Truth.' Talking to, speaking to individuals and group of individuals in an attempt to make them realise or awaken them of 'Truth' he use to pose questions over questions to them, to the point precise questions with incisive logic till the other was left dumb and spell-bound. It worked. People were pulled and attracted towards him. Charisma or charismatic is a very inadequate, weak word to describe the quality or the class of a man like Socrates. Such was the strength of the magnetism of his words, his speech, his oratory and more so importantly the substantial aura of 'Truth' in his words, in his speech, in the logic of his speech, in his oratory and actually holistically all over his being.
Since this worked the other intellectuals....'The Sophists' started imitating Socrates but it was at the most an imitation....fake. The sophists were very intellegent, very logical too but something important was though missing in them, in their logic. they were arguing just for the sake of arguing.....to deceive. When all these activities gained momentum and had an impact enough to disturb the State, Socrates was caught hold-of. Charges were levelled against him : "You are instigating the youths against the system with the strength of your oratory. Others are also imitating you."
Though death was certain, upon hearing the charges levelled against him a mysterious smile spread on the face of Socrates which meant that, "It is the solid substance of 'Truth' and the aura of it in my being and my speech that is bothering you. Not the mere logic of my speech or the mere skill of delivering a speech but if the logic of my words or my skill of delivering a speech including the essential "Truth" in it, in-between my words, the aura of that"truth' in it is what you believe is a good speech, then, yes, I'm a good orator.
Socrates was sentenced to death......to be poisoned to death.
A disciple asked him, 'What if a cup of poison doesn't work?' Smiling again, he replied, 'Then I will have one more cup of poison.'
That I was also present there in the times of Socrates and that I have seen it all with my own eyes and that I'm a witness to all that happened then could just be my feeling and not a fact....could be,but that I'm present in my own times and that I'm seeing it now at present all with my own eyes and that I'm a witness to a whole well-rooted, well established system of sophists all over the world, everywhere in life still relentlessly arguing just for the sake of arguing....to decieve is a fact...that is certain.Climate change doesn't happen just like that. Sophists are still allover and "Truth" still lies buried alongwith Socrates is a fact .....that is certain......and the quest still remains "What is Truth?"
Ludwig Wittgenstein was one of the most profound logician of the twentieth century. An Austrian-British by birth he worked primarily in the areas of logic, philosophy of mathematics, philosophy of mind and philosophy of language. In the year 1921 he published a book "Tractatus Logico - Philosophicus" (The Tractatus logic), the only book published in his lifetime.
This book is among the top most five important books in twentieth century philosophy. This work, a book of logic contains almost no arguments as such, but rather declarative statements which are meant to be self-evident --- (where or what) one cannot speak, one must pass-over in silence.
Bertrand Russell wrote the preface of his book. Dissatisfied with it Wittgenstein wrote to him : "Now I'm afraid you haven't really got hold of my main contention to which the whole business of propositions is only corollary.
The main point is the theory of what can be expressed by propositions, i.e. by language (and, which comes to the same thing, what can be thought) and what cannot be expressed by propositions, but only shown, which I believe is the cardinal problem of philosophy.
......and why only philosophy, this has been the cardinal problem for physics even....for experimental science also....for philosophy is nothing but theoretical physics.
This has been the cardinal problem for philosophy and physics both : How to catch, get hold-of, give form, frame or substantiate "Truth" by words, language, logic, by the way of experiments in laboratories, to show by shooting photographs of atoms and its activity....still it has not become possible by science to get hold of "Truth"
Since Democritus, when atom was identified as the smallest unit of any matter, science and more so particularly the study of physics has very systematically unfolded the mystery of the structure of atoms. At present we have reached to the unfathomable depths of sub-atomic levels...till nano-levels...till nanotechnology, the emerging technology. The quest still remains...the mystery is still intact : "What is Truth?"
This is the zenith of the development of physics. Nanotechnology is the last step in the study of physics. 'Nano' is a Greek word meaning 'dwarf.' (Even in the Indian language Gujarati the word 'naano' means 'small.' The Indian language 'Sanskrit' is considered to be the mother of all the languages of the world.)
1 nanometre is 1 billionth part of 1 millimetre i.e. 10,00,000th part of 1 millimetre...the minute sub-atomic particles, particles smaller than even atoms are measured in the unit of nanometre. One single strand of human hair is measured at 75000nm (nanometre). If 10 hydrogen atoms are lined-up end to end ...it will measure 1 nano-metre. The research in the field of physics has reached to this minute scale.
Nanotehnology has applications in a very wide spectrum of human activity. After nanotechnology there's nothing to study further in physics. Since nanotechnology is the last step in the study of physics the natural progression from this point takes us to meditation.
It shouldnot be surprising if someday in future meditation becomes a part of the syllabus of physics..then the balance or the harmony between science and spiritualism can be brought about.
If I were to coin a term for the combined study of reason and spirit or let's say physics and meditation then I would term that subject as "nanofutures".....the human consciousness will evolve further from this point ....its futuristic.
